This Privacy Policy explains how 3D Sort Factory (the "Game", Android package com.sortfactory3d.game), developed by Aryan Pariyar("I", "me"), handles information when you play it. The short version: I don't collect your personal data, and the Game has no accounts. The Game shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google may collect some data to show and measure those ads, as described below.
1. Information stored on your device
The Game saves your progress on your phone only: your current level, stars, coins, booster counts and settings (sound and vibration). This data never leaves your device and is not sent to me. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data deletes it permanently.
2. Information I collect
None. I don't run servers for the Game, I don't ask for your name, email or phone number, and the Game has no login or sign-up. If you email me, I use your email address only to reply to you.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game is free and is supported by ads: optional rewarded videos (for example to revive, get a booster or triple your coins) and occasional full-screen ads between levels. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve, personalize (where allowed) and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:
- your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) and similar identifiers;
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device and app information, such as device model, operating system and app version;
- ad interactions, such as ads shown, clicked or watched, and diagnostics about ad performance.
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by me, under Google's own privacy policy. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy. Data is sent over an encrypted connection.
4. Your consent and choices
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game shows Google's consent form before personalized ads are used. You can change your choice at any time in the Game under Settings → Privacy Options. If you are in a US state with privacy laws, Google's consent and opt-out tools apply in the same way.
You can also, at any time:
- reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path depends on your phone);
- turn off ad personalization in your Google account settings;
- play without watching rewarded ads: they are always optional;
- play fully offline, in which case no ads are loaded.
5. Permissions the Game uses
- Internet and network state: to load ads when you are online.
- Vibrate: for short haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings.
- Advertising ID (
AD_IDand Android's ad services permissions): added by the AdMob SDK so Google can serve and measure ads.
The Game does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, files or precise location.
6. Children
The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. It is not part of Google Play's Families program. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Game, contact me and I will help you remove it.
7. Data retention and deletion
Game progress stays on your device until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Data collected by Google for advertising is kept according to Google's retention policies. Because I hold no personal data about you, there is no account to delete; you can ask Google to delete ad data through your Google account and reset your advertising ID as described above.
8. Security
No personal data is stored by me. Ad requests made by the Google Mobile Ads SDK are encrypted in transit.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. For ad data, these rights are exercised with Google using the tools above. For anything else, contact me and I will respond within 30 days.
10. Changes to this policy
If the Game changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example adding in-app purchases or a new ad provider, I will update this page and the "Last updated" date above before the change ships.
