These Terms apply to 3D Sort Factory(the "Game"), a free Android puzzle game developed by Aryan Pariyar. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the Game.
1. Using the Game
I give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Game, remove its ads by modifying it, or use cheats, bots or hacks that interfere with how the Game or its ads work.
2. Coins, stars and boosters
Coins, stars and boosters (Magnet, Freeze and Vacuum) are virtual items that exist only inside the Game. They have no real-world money value, can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are stored only on your device. They may be lost if you uninstall the Game, clear its data or change phones, and I can't restore them.
3. Ads
The Game is free because it shows ads served by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional: you choose to watch one in return for an in-game reward, which is only given when the ad is completed. Ads may not always be available, for example when you are offline. I don't control the content of individual ads; if you see an inappropriate ad, you can report it through the ad itself or contact me. How ad data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
4. Updates and availability
I may update the Game to fix bugs, change levels, balance or features, or stop offering it. Some updates may be required to keep playing. The Game is provided as it is, and I don't guarantee that it will always be available or free of bugs.
5. Intellectual property
The Game, including its name, logo, art, 3D models, sounds, levels and code, belongs to Aryan Pariyar or is used under licence. The "Lilita One" font is used under the SIL Open Font License. Google Play and AdMob are trademarks of Google LLC.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Game is a casual entertainment product; it is not educational, medical or professional advice of any kind. Play responsibly: take breaks, and don't play while driving, walking in traffic or in any situation that needs your attention. The Game uses short vibrations and moving images, which you can turn off or stop at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aryan Pariyaris not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game, including loss of in-game progress or data, and my total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
8. Third-party services
The Game is distributed through Google Play and uses Google AdMob. Your use of those services is also governed by Google's terms, including the Google Play Terms of Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without affecting your mandatory local consumer rights.
