Privacy Policy

Effective date: 23 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Call Break: Offline Card Game (the "Game", Android package com.callbreak.game), developed by Aryan Pariyar ("I", "me"), handles information when you play it. The short version: the Game collects no personal data. It has no servers, no accounts and no login, and everything it saves stays on your phone.

1. Information stored on your device

The Game saves the following on your phone only: your game progress (including an unfinished match you can resume), settings (such as sound, haptics, game speed and reduced motion), statistics (wins, win rate, bid success, best score and results by difficulty), XP and level, and your local profile name and avatar. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to me or anyone else.

Your own photo as an avatar

You can choose one of the built-in illustrated avatars, or pick your own photo. If you pick a photo, it is selected through the Android system photo picker, and only the photo you choose is copied into the Game's private storage on your device. It is never uploaded anywhere. The Game does not request camera or storage permission and cannot see your other photos.

2. Information I collect

None. I don't run servers for the Game, I don't ask for your name, email or phone number, and the Game has no login or sign-up. The Game includes no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. You don't need an internet connection to play. If you email me, I use your email address only to reply to you.

3. Advertising

The current version of the Game shows no ads and contains no advertising SDK. The Game is planned to be free and supported by ads in a future version. If an advertising partner (for example Google AdMob) is added:

  • that partner may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and usage data to serve and measure ads, under its own privacy policy (for Google, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services);
  • you will be asked for consent where the law requires it;
  • ads will appear only between rounds, never during bidding or play, and you will never have to watch an ad to continue;
  • this policy will be updated before that version is released.

4. Your consent and choices

Because the Game collects nothing, there is nothing to opt out of today. You choose what goes in your local profile, you can switch back from your own photo to a built-in avatar at any time, and you can delete all saved data whenever you like (see section 7).

5. Permissions the Game uses

The Game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location or device storage. Your own photo, if you choose one, comes through the Android system photo picker, which needs no permission. Haptic feedback can be turned off in Settings.

6. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. It is not part of Google Play's Families program. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you have a question about a child's use of the Game, contact me.

7. Data retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. To delete everything, open the Game and go to Settings → Reset Data, or uninstall the Game, which removes all of its data, including any photo you chose as your avatar. Because I hold no personal data about you, there is no account to delete.

8. Security

No personal data is sent to or stored by me. Your saved data, including your avatar photo, is kept in the Game's private storage, which other apps cannot read.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data. Since the Game keeps all data on your device, you can view, change or delete it yourself at any time. For anything else, contact me and I will respond within 30 days.

10. No purchases, no gambling

The Game has no in-app purchases, no coins or currency, and no real-money gambling or rewards. Scores, XP and levels exist only inside the Game.

11. Changes to this policy

If the Game changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example adding ads, I will update this page and the "Effective date" above before the change ships.
