These Terms apply to Call Break: Offline Card Game (the "Game"), a free Android card game developed by Aryan Pariyar. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the Game.
1. Using the Game
I give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Game.
2. No gambling, no real money
The Game is a card game played for fun against computer opponents. It involves no real-money betting, wagering or prizes, has no coins or in-game currency and no in-app purchases. Scores, XP and levels exist only inside the Game, have no real-world value, and are stored only on your device. They may be lost if you reset your data, uninstall the Game or change phones, and I can't restore them.
3. Ads
The current version shows no ads. A future version may be supported by ads; if so, they will appear only between rounds, and how ad data is handled will be explained in the Privacy Policy before that version is released.
4. Updates and availability
I may update the Game to fix bugs, change features or stop offering it. The Game is provided as it is, and I don't guarantee that it will always be available or free of bugs.
5. Intellectual property
The Game, including its name, logo, card and court-card art, avatars, sounds and code, belongs to Aryan Pariyar or is used under licence. Call Break itself is a traditional card game and its rules belong to no one. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC.
6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Game is a casual entertainment product. Play responsibly: take breaks, and don't play while driving or in any situation that needs your attention. The Game uses animations and short vibrations, which you can reduce or turn off in Settings.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aryan Pariyar is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game, including loss of progress or data, and my total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
8. Third-party services
The Game is distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play is also governed by Google's terms, including the Google Play Terms of Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when they last changed. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without affecting your mandatory local consumer rights.
